We're going to talk about what happens when you introduce that into your morning routine.

We've been talking about that one great hour as early in the day as you can get it and some of the journaling aspects of that.

And we're going to talk about what happens when you add in something as simple as an intended and identified daily highlight.

One of the things that's always bugged me is how I can

go through a day, a week, a month, and look back and not remember the days. It's like nothing really

stood out. There was nothing that made it memorable. And that's just kind of the way it is. We do a lot of

things and not all of them stick. But since I've started the daily highlight in the morning journal, there's always been that

high point, and I can go back and track the week and come up with one thing per day that I did

that really made a difference, or at least tried to make a difference, or was a very intentional
