Message from Spirit for February. It has definitely been an interesting January and the theme for February has been coming up in my sphere the last couple of days.

So I'm really excited to share it with you.

It has really evolved as they've been giving me some clarity on it and with this upgrade message as I record this there'll be some

other information that Spurt will want to channel through as I record the podcast, so I'm excited to see what comes through.

Before we jump into that, I said in the last Solar episode the one about imagination and dreaming that I was going

to answer some more Q&A, some more questions from listeners if you email the podcast email address and so I wanted to

answer a couple of questions that have come through in the last week that have been

sent in off the back of last week's episode all about imagination and dreaming.

So yes, want to answer those.

So firstly, Elise has written in and she asked, how can you know or validate if a spirit has visited

you in a dream?

I'm pretty sure I was visited in my dream the other night as I struggled to remember my dreams and they are usually

dark and colour-toned but this was different. No words were spoken but we looked at each other and he had a

loving energy and I didn't feel threatened or afraid.
