Hi everyone, let me start by apologising for a quiet month in April, but we are back and better than ever for me.

I'm super excited for this month's episode, as it's a theme that's incredibly close to my heart,

and is something that's often given the wrong kind of press,

which I want us at Girls' Talk to change. Remember, nothing is too taboo for Girls' Talk.

The theme is migration, and we're going to be spending the month learning about what migration means and how it's affected people around the world. I desperately want to inspire any Refugees listening with stories that can help them

overcome their challenges, but I also want to try and shine a light on the incredible

stories of migration so everyone can feel educated on the subject.
