So, I'm still alive, things okay, and my back surgery a few days ago turned out well a ton of emails in

tell me Frank don't do the surgery don't do it, I kind of had to.

Hey, Doc, actually, when he did it, he said there was a huge piece of my disc and when it burst

that was leaning on my nerve, pushing it.

So once he removed it, the nerve almost snapped back into place.

So it was really, really bad and I was in a lot of pain for two months where if I did any kind of activity,

and I mean lifted a box and put it on a shelf the next day I was in excruciating pain so I needed to do something but anyway

Because it's very painful

And I know why people love these things but I'm not really a pain medicine guy. And I tried to really avoid taking a lot of these and when I did I was in excruciating pain so I would just like look I have to load up on these things

and man it's a big help just help you recover because he has in so much pain you can't

really talk to anybody I'm still a lot of pain now but again when you have you

know medicine it really does

help in a recovery process but the best part after the surgery seriously the

best part is my five-year-old daughter she's gonna be five next week.

Yeah, she's really, really worried about me.

She's at that age where, you know, she's just starting to understand things, you know, ask a lot of questions.
