What we're seeing in Spain, the Vox Party, which only in the past decade there was no right-wing party in Spain, because after Franco, the left just took over and was like, you can't have that again.

But finally, we're seeing it come back with a vengeance. I would love to hear your kind of report on what's really going on in Western Europe these days.

Yeah, well, the Sunday was amazing. I mean, yeah, I'm not to get into whether Turkey's part of Europe, and I'm not getting into that argument, but I mean, what you saw happening in Turkey had its counterpart, or at least a comparable kind of semblance in Spain as well.

So, yeah, the ruling socialist party there was dealt a massive blow in their regional elections on Sunday. They lost 11 of their 22 big city mayors, as well as scores, seats, and parliament, and two right-wing parties.

There's a more center-right, Podemos party, Podemos party, and you're quite how to pronounce it. It translates as the popular party. They won 31% of the vote.

But the real news was this surge with the Vox Party. They tripled their representation, tripled their seats. And like you said, they weren't even, they were basically not even around 10 years ago.

I mean, Conrad, I remember people emailing me saying, this is about four years ago, five years ago, I think it was right before the Andalusia election when they really just came to the fore, the Vox Party, the voice of the people.

But they were like, oh, you got to do something about this Vox Party, and I did my research. The best poll I could find back then is they were polling at 0.2%. They didn't have a single seat, nothing.

And everyone's like, you know, people are really enthusiastic. And I'm like, guys, I can't, you know, this is in the trend or whatever. Within one year, within one year, they stormed parliament.

And now then they were starting to hit 13%, 14, 15, 18% of the fastest-growing party in Spain.

And so the prime minister is a socialist, Pedro Sanchez, he had no choice. The way it works in coalition-based parliamentary systems is if you get shellacked in election, like that, you have to hold snap elections.

They were going to have national elections in December, but he moved him forward to July, because again, talk about being politically paralyzed.

His government can't do anything after election result like that.

The first gang I got to tell you, I was utterly shocked when I was recently shown just how easy it is to access the deed to my house and not just access it, but change it.

I mean, if you don't know the deed to your home is the only document that proves you own it, but the problem is that the deeds to all our homes are now online.

And criminals are free to find our deeds, forger signatures, refile as the new owner of our homes, take out tons of loans using our home's equity, and then stick us with the debt.

And by the way, if you think homeowners' insurance is going to bail you out, you got another thing coming.
