Hi John. Hi John. Hi Merlin. How's it going? Good. There was a storm up here in Washington and I left my office windows open a crack and the storm opened them up all the way and filled the room with storm. Oh no they breached your perimeter.

Yeah, so everything is covered with a fine layer of ash and amazingly, like the ceiling is suddenly peeling.

I don't know how it got up to the ceiling.

You sure this isn't a dream.

And the curtains were all skew and it was very exciting to because I saw when I pulled up I saw that the windows were

all the way open and I was like who's been in my office opening the windows and then I came in and I was like oh the storm was in my office

It's a non-rain storm was a windstorm? Yeah we get those in the northwest quite a bit.

When the seasons change, we get a big windstorm.

And they are accompanied by rain often, and this one was,

but my sense is that it's mostly wind that got in here and and

did its dirty business oh my gosh and that's ash from all the fires, huh? Who knows where the where the thin coating of greasy ash came from, but yeah, so...
