We want to have a discussion today about equality, faith, and community. And so I'm going to start off with maybe the longest question we've ever had on the debrief.

So we're going to

start with this one. So her name is Rosalind, and I'm not going to give your last name, but Rosalind,

you know who you are. Thank you for your question. It says, hello, Pastor Matt. You may not

remember me. I do not, but this is a good question. But I'm a member of your you, Jeff, for that. We're going to hear the darker hue.

I'm of the lighter hue, and Vivie is of the medium hue.

I am of the darker hue, and I also shared this comment to you three years ago after the town hall meeting that we had.

I am just going to say, how many times must we endure? I shared with you then that we need to get education because racism is taught, so we have to unlearn behavior that

perpetuates it. So I'm asking the church, if they can in a small way, start a conversation

between black and white. I think that's me and you, Jeff. Maybe a cultural

awareness ministry that would start to do training to unlearn these behaviors that have

been instilled in us from children. We need to call action to it, not just lip service,

because it's not going to change if we do not address this and have

accountability and our behavior as Christians and the human race. What action, sorry, does this

look like, you guys could have rewritten this question for me, what action does it look

like for leadership? Wow, you guys see this question? What action outside of preaching to the membership does this look like?
