| 0:34.0 | I want to talk to you about how to access your own creativity and specifically we're going to speak to some of the blocks that get in our way when we're trying to be creative. |

| 1:31.0 | It's a need that I think is important to pay attention to and to make sure that you're nurturing. |
| 1:37.0 | Now the way that you meet that need and nurture that desire within you doesn't really matter and it's different for all of us. |

| 1:47.0 | I used to sew a lot and I really liked sewing and I could tell that sewing kind of met that desire that I had within me to be creative. |
| 1:57.0 | It was fun. I didn't ever do it professionally or for money. I wasn't that good. |
| 2:03.0 | I just did it more for my own enjoyment and to make something that didn't exist before. |
| 2:08.0 | Now that I have this business, I don't really so very often although I am starting to get my sewing machine out and sew a little bit more. |
| 2:16.0 | My daughter is going to maybe start sewing so that will be fun. |
