Brilliant as always, the analysis is incredible and secondarily I've had, because the stock

market, first the Fed increased interest rates by a half point

stock market boom today it busted and everyone and their mother is deeming me saying

half of everything I know about investing and he's brilliant. He knows the ends and outs of the real estate world and I wanted to basically bounce my ideas off of him.

We did what he and I have done a thousand times over my life and I think you guys will find it just totally

tool and if you understand it and if you have patience and diligence and caution also you can just achieve really remarkable things and both he and I have done so.
