So the first thing I would tell them to do is to lean into that fear a little bit.

Now this is a little bit, this is why I was a crappy psychologist, right?

This is why I had to think of, but like, if you're, if you're listening to this and going, wow, like, you know, maybe I'm not cut out for this.

Maybe this is tougher than I thought. Like, you're right. It's super tough. Like, you know, most people are not very good at this. And there's like a lot, there's a lot of broken dreams and a lot of sad people. So like, mean into that a little bit. Embrace that mediocrity. Understand your own personal weaknesses, and own that, right?

So that's, tip of number one is you're not that great, kid.
