Hey, it's me, that update on your computer that you've been dismissing for the past few months.

I know it's going to take me a while to update your computer and all the different things

inside of it, but how about to pass the time? You just sit back, relax, and listen to an episode of this podcast. So the Anti-Volence Project has been around for over 40 years and they have pushed to end all forms of violence against the LGBTQ plus community as well as people

to economic empowerment, to legal services, to the National Coalition of Anti-violence Programs,

as well as an intimate partner violence network for the LGBTQ plus community in New York State.
