My name's Dosty Slay. I'm your host, and here we are another exciting day.

I can open a little spin drift. If you ever had those, the first time I took a sip of a spin drift,

I said, gosh, that is disgusting.

And the more I drank it, the more I was like, you know what, this is okay.

I used to, after shows, I like to have a cigar and then I like to have myself a ginger beer.

I love, I don't know if I've talked about this already.

I feel like I've had this conversation with people, but I don't know if it's been on the podcast. But I love a ginger beer.

I just think it's, it's got a nice spiciness to it and I'm just into it I love ginger I love ginger teas

and those ginger beers I mean they're right on the money man so I started drinking those and I loved

them and then I realized kind of one day I'm like oh this is 35 grams of sugar in here, sometimes more.

And then there's also in my favorite one, which is the gold can, I forget what it's called, but it was a gold can.

It also had high fructose corn syrup in it.

Sometimes I could find some with a little less sugar.

I could find some without high

fructose corn syrup, but it was always tons of sugar. And I found a couple of things, poppy,

olypop, those are good, only six grams of sugar. Spindrift is not very good, but there's no sugar. And it's not like, oh, let's say,

is there some sugar? No, no sugar. And it's like, this is not an ad for them because I'm saying

it's disgusting. But it's like, there is a little taste in there.

So I'm like, it kind of satisfies that need for a carbonated something while having a cigar.

But, you know, I don't need to be drinking sugar with everything I do, especially high fruit toast corn syrup.

Like, I love a Coke once in a while, you know, but I don't need that in my life.
