Yeah. So I've been on staff for a little more than eight years.

God called me out of the marketplace.

I was an entrepreneur and a corporate citizen.

Well, God called you and I begged.

Yeah.

Those things work together.

Yeah.

So this is no joke.

The year that I hired Dan, his corporate bonus was larger than the salary that I offered.

I've never felt so small when I

when I slide an offer. And by the way, it was the biggest offer we'd ever made as a church.

And I was like, please, please. And so Dan took that and super, super glad. And we're actually,

let me say this, though. Beyond saying yes to Jesus and yes to my beautiful wife, Lori,

it was the best decision I've ever made, and I mean that. I mean, I have my dream job. I love the

people that I get to work with. Incredible, motivational, inspirational boss.

Especially you. But being able to do, that's right. I'd patch you on the back, put your hands in

the way. That's the old thing. That's right. That's right. But anyway, yeah, I just, I love getting to do
