Welcome back for another episode of Reality Life with KKC.

This is your What to Watch episode for the week of June 22nd through the 29th.

I hope that you're enjoying your summer.

I hope that you're traveling.

You're spending time with loved ones.

Maybe even taking time to read some books, go on adventures.

I hope that you're resetting.

Now, if you're someone who watches one category of unscripted TV religiously,

and you don't necessarily venture outside of it,

I think that you're leaving so much on the table,

and this is my call to action for you.

I want you to step out of the box and to try to watch something

in a different category. If you watch reality shows, for example, like Real Housewives,

remember, I always say it's the exploration of human stories and human behavior. That's what

unscripted TV is. It's the study of people under pressure, people making choices,

people performing versions of themselves or unraveling. So whether it's a woman on trial for

murdering her husband or maybe a cheerleader trying to make a squad or a couple meeting sight unseen

at the altar, that raw material is the absolute same. It's human nature

right there on screen. So I say that because if you love true crime, but you've never

watched a sports documentary, I want you to try one this week. If you're a dating show loyalist
