Welcome to the new year, great start to 2013.

The markets are up because our wonderful politicians agree on a plan to help us

avoid the physical cliff.

Yes, that's what my exterminator calls it.

Call it the physical cliff comes by, sprays my house once every three months,

also goes upstairs, where I have my studio, so he knows.

I do a financial podcast and everything.

So he tries to talk to me about stocks all the time and I was leaving going out

pick up my kids and he's like yeah that physical cliff is crazy you know thank

God we solved and I was worried you know and I'm not poking fun of him mean, I bet the guy can name every bug that lives in Florida and I really don't know crap about bugs.

But the point here, a lot of people don't even know what the physical cliff is or what it was, at least was.

Yeah, it still is actually.

And the media did such a great job scaring the hell out of the public, right, every single day, thinking that they're going to lose their house if the deal doesn't get done.

And even my mom called me about it.

You know, understand how crazy this was.

You didn't really hear about the fiscal cliff before the lecture. you know

really hear about the fiscal cliff before the election until after the election
