I love what you just said because I think in the end they're lamenting the death of old school liberalism classical liberalism they're lamenting its death.

By pointing to how wokeness is is destroying the left the you know the left version of classical liberalism not seeing that wokeness is in many respects the logical outworking of liberalism classical liberalism because it all it's all rooted in modernity in the end.

It's all part and parcel of a secular modernist system that in effect in shrines scientific rationalism as the one true way of understanding reality and nothing goes goes beyond it.

Anything that fails the test of scientific rationality or can't even can't even submit himself to the test like love or you know like faith in God and things like that all of that's just pushed into the periphery of importance of society.

So now the state which is supposed to be a rational entity the state is now the sole territorial monopolist of all decision making of all coercion and so on and when that's your and that's your basic structure and then you get in the 20th century three different versions of that you know liberal liberalism communism and fascism.

You knock out the other two more or less so everybody's pretty much capitalist at this point in some way shape or form and then you're all you're left with this this liberalism there's a fundamental inherent problem to liberalism and everyone's got to get this there's a fundamental inherent problem to liberalism or to secularism just in general.
