studio with my guy Mike renner and I decided to take, you know, the latest comments about my style, being a coffee house brought to life because I got a lot of people asking me or saying that's like the funny scene said and it's so true and I kind of grew with it and the person you know wearing and I wear a coffee shop. This is a sweater from a coffee shop. So I decided to do it. You know, I decided to like literally be coffee shops life. And I found out that one of my best friends from high school in college was the guy who asked that question about the tinder dating profiles and he reached out and he said he was hoping we made fun of each other more. And it's just

turned out to be just like really nice about each other. It was kind of weird. A little bromance action, but coffee house brought to life for you today coming off a monster day in the NFL a ton of tags. I wanted to touch on the tag news or no tag news before we got got into the wide receiver class and obviously the interview with Connor Rogers Christian Derrassal or shot Weaver loaded podcast to start before we get into the guys who were tagged could we talk about kind of the two major no tags and who are now some of the top available phrase.

This is at least on the offense of the ball. Can you go all day of the Detroit Lions, which I thought was like was shortly going to get tagged. Yes. Now that he could potentially walk in francey is insane. And from like a fancy perspective, even though he's like a not highly ranked for agent on our board due to position of value. But Aaron Jones, I thought is interesting to them. Moving on or potentially moving on from Aaron Jones are also also like a big packer sky aren't you a part owner of the packer owner. Yeah. So let's talk about those two no tags. So I even throw a jotuny in there. True. Despite reports.

That was so bad. Hey, Jotuny got tagged. Oh, that's cool. And then later in the podcast. Actually, I was an idiot. So Jotuny didn't get tagged. So no tag for two either. But I think the Jones thing. Everyone. Everyone thought he was gone until came out the right back tag was actually going to be super low based on the cap. And it's like, oh, you know, they might be able to fit them in, but still eight million dollars. They don't have it. And it can be used. I think in my opinion, better elsewhere in that roster. The plan was always to move on from

Aaron Jones after use that second round pick on age of dawn. So that was not too surprising to me. The golly day one. Very surprising. You have to hope as a Lions fan here. That it's because you have a forward thinking front office, who is not going to go out and sign some budget free agents to not next year compensatory picks here. And it's going to get that third round in return. Because God is going to sign that story contract that will net you a third rounder. And with where you are as a Lions in your life cycle of rebuild. It's almost more valuable to have that that third rounder in 2022.

And it is in 2021, because then that guy's cheaper for longer and that your window is more windows going to be 2022, 2023, 2024. That's your window in this rebuild. So you have to hope that's what they're doing. Now if they go, like I said, if they go on signs of free agents and kill that

compensatory pick, then you could you have every right to be upset as a Lions fan. I think you did see reports though, or at least like rumors that they were going to stick kind of stay out of this

frequency to make sure they got back. You have to at this point, or else like I said, you should have tagged them. But I do think the tag and trade sort of

option, which I think is what the bears are going to be pursuing with Alan Robinson after tagging him could be a dangerous game

this year because of the amount of talent that's going to be available because the teams are going to be shedding left

and right. And then the amount of teams that can fit that tag underneath their cap. So you better have someone lined up

to come and get that to get an on Robinson to get if it was Kenny God if that was the plan to tag and trade him. That's what they would have

done. You better have that lined up already because you could be S.O.L. and stuck with this guy tagged on your roster,

counting 16 or whatever million wide receiver tag as if you go ahead and do that because like I said, the lack of cap space,

but the sort of flooding the market with veterans is going to make that was the teams wanting to tag and trade very

minimal. And what kind of value do you think Kenny God would have gotten on a tag and trade? Would he've gotten more than

if they're around taking also same part question? What do you think Alan Robinson's value is on a tag and trade?

I don't think it's the first I still don't because like I said, the cost everyone's trying to cut costs right now.

I think it's probably I think you could get a second for Alan Robinson still young. He's still 27 years old.

It's so obviously incredibly productive. So I do think that teams are still at once he gets after that first round pick,
