So, yes, I will be interviewing Ron Sanchez, and he has quite an announcement to make, and will be the first time that something like this is happening on social media, and with real time questions and answers, not scripted.

Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, so today is the day, it's being widely reported that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is indeed going to announce his candidacy for president of the United States, and he's going to announce it on Twitter and, as you can see, alongside Elon Musk.

Here's the campaign commercial they just dropped last night.

They call it faith because in the face of darkness, you can see that brighter future, a faith that our best days lay ahead of us.

But is it worth the fight? Do I have the courage? Is it worth the sacrifice? America has been worth it. Every single time.

So, that was obviously a bit of a tease. Now, in fairness, President Trump also dropped a response video on his true social check this out.

Ron DeSantis was struggling big time in his primary race for Governor of Florida.

Poles revealed DeSantis was failing so bad. He was losing by a staggering 17 points. Then DeSantis was saved by the endorsement of President Trump.

Trump's support was so powerful, just two days after the endorsement. DeSantis took a commanding lead, and it propelled him to being elected governor.

Like the think our President, for standing by me when it wasn't necessarily the smart thing to do.

You're welcome, Ron. Unfortunately, instead of being grateful, DeSantis is now attacking the very man who saved his career.

Isn't it time to Santa's remembers how he got to where he is? Make America great again. Big league. So good.

Build the law. Then Mr. Trump said, you're fired. I love that part. Truth is, there's only one person who can make America great again.

So it's on. As you can see, it is on. The battle royale begins. At least that's what appears to be the case. Ron DeSantis could always pull a Chris Christie back in 2012.

When there was all this fanfare for a great announcement that he was going to make from the Reagan Library. Everyone thought he was going to announce his presidential candidacy. Take on Barack Obama.

And he didn't. He boxed. And of course, his political career. Well, with the exception of his reelection in Jersey, but his career went downhill from there. Now he's just considered to be just another establishment hack.

And that's precisely going to be Ron DeSantis's challenge, which I'll get into in a moment. But there's several interesting observations here about DeSantis's announcement.
