an incredibly moving and I have to say it was an incredibly moving

and humbling experience and the episode how to save a life it literally is life

saving and life changing so please do go back to it if you know anybody who is

being subjected to domestic abuse abuse, coercive control stalking, please recommend this episode to them.

And also it's for friends and family and for people to really understand what a victim needs

when they are being subjected to abuse.

So the four-part series, very important one,

also because we started the campaign Not Another Joe

from this conversation. and the campaign was about preventing Joe's

killer Robert Brown from being automatically released from prison which would have

happened in November if it wasn't for our fantastic campaign and all of you

who wrote to Alex Chalk, the Lord Chancellor and Justice Secretary, and he listened to us and

he stopped the automatic release.

So that's really fantastic news and I can't thank you enough.
