there was a long time where you could have looked at Joe Biden said, you know, do you support

the Hyde Amendment? And he was said yes. But then shortly before that run for president,

and remember he's in there against candidates like Bernie Sanders, right? And Elizabeth Warren.

And all of a sudden, he's like, actually, you know, I don't think the Hyde Amendment is needed

anymore. I feel like this is probably very similar

situation to kind of maintain his status as the leader in the movement. He had to appease a lot

of these voices. And on the left, Joseph, this really is a non-negotiable to a lot of people.

And today, we're going to consider the right

way to think about the legacy of Joe Biden. You probably know, though you may have forgotten,

that he still is the president of the United States. What will he be remembered for? Because

his presidency has been unique in all sorts of ways that we're going to

discuss today. But let's talk a little bit about his life before we kind of get into the

analysis and just kind of remember his bio. Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. was born November 20th,

1942 in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He reminded people to that a lot.

The age of 10, he moved to Delaware.

He graduated from the University of Delaware, got his law degree from Syracuse University.
