Carrie Lake is about to have her day back in court. The Arizona Supreme Court has ordered new evidence to be considered, and Carrie's legal team is armed and ready.

Hey, gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, and we're going to get an inside look at what Carrie's legal team has in store this week for the battle royale against these corrupt Maricopa County officials.

Carrie Lake is going to court. This is it, gang, this week from May 17 to the 19th, Wednesday to Friday.

The Carrie Lake legal team will finally be given the opportunity to present their evidence that the November election was indeed fraught with enough irregularities, so as to call the outcome of that election in doubt.

Now, if you recall a couple of weeks back, the Arizona Supreme Court ruled solidly in favor of Carrie Lake's legal team, ordering the Maricopa County Court to immediately proceed with a hearing on Carrie Lake's signature verification violation charges

from the gubernatorial election back in November of last year. Now, this was a follow-up order from the Arizona Supreme Court back in March, the court overruled a dismissal by the Maricopa County Court that denied Carrie Lake's team factual review of the signature verification process.

The Supreme Court ruled that the lower trial court erroneously dismiss Carrie Lake's claim challenging what they charged were faulty and frankly absent signature verification procedures for early ballots.

Now, the Katie Hobbs team has been doing everything they possibly can to convince this lower Maricopa County Court to dismiss this case.

But as of this week, the Maricopa County Court ruled that not only are they going to go ahead with reconsidering signature verification issues, but they're also going to possibly revisit the tabulator issues and printer failures in line with some new evidence that became available after the previous trial.

Now, remember, according to Arizona law, Carrie doesn't have to actually prove that fraud or maladministration of an election took place. All she has to do show that there were enough irregularities, mistakes, mishaps, omissions or other issues that bring the integrity of the election now coming to doubt.

And Katie Hobbs legal team didn't even dispute that.

Their only argument is that all of these irregularities didn't matter. They're they're normal and they don't matter. Well, we'll see about that. Now, some of the latest bomb show evidence that's come out since the last trial is an admission for Maricopa County officials that a number of tabulators failed testing before the election.

Here's what Carrie Lakes teams greeted out quote, Carrie Lakes lawyer Kurt Olsen told the court that Maricopa County officials admitted that 216 of 446 tabulators failed testing before the election.

That's 58% of the tabulators. Maricopa submitted a declaration by elections director Scott Jarrett revealing that after the October 11 certification for logic and accuracy.

They realized that they didn't configure the vote center tabulators to not accept provincial or early ballots. So they went in, rewrote the memory cards, install what they said was previously approved election definition software.

This totally reconfigured these machines and Arizona law mandates that whenever something like that is done the logic and accuracy test must be performed again.

It states that both the automatic voting tabulating equipment and the software need to be tested that voted all 446 tabulators that on top of the tabulation test failures and the failures on election day.
