Hey everyone, welcome to this podcast episode.

I am excited to speak to all of you today, whether you are a teenager or a little bit older or younger even.

This is going to be applicable to any of you, but I wanted to record this episode because I was

thinking about the time of year it is right now where everybody's getting ready to go back to

school or maybe you just went back to school. And I get so many requests from you guys to get

some help for your teens. You're asking me for coaching, you're asking me for podcasts,

you're asking for recommendations. And I don't have a whole lot to be able to share with you.

I don't know really a lot of people that do the kind of coaching I do and teach the specific

tools I do in the space of working with teens. And so I thought I'm going to do a podcast

episode for them. That's the least I can do. I'm working on some other things, but for today,

a podcast episode to help you get started on your school year and just kind of teach you some

of the things that I teach to clients that I think will be so empowering and things that I wish I

had understood when I was your age. So before I get into the content, I want to make sure that
