Man, I am getting old.

Just found out I have this problem with my feet. old.

Just found out I have this problem with my feet,

and a lot of pain every time I walk.

It's basically at the bottom of my feet, which is killing me.

And it's been happening for about six months now but I've just

been ignoring the pain and just say that no aches the usual aches when you hit 40

you know 40 years old here but it's a little bit more than that turns Turns out I have plantar officiitis. Just found out what that is actually.

It's inflammation that occurs due to microscopic tears. Basically for me playing basketball for the past 30 years and pounding and beat athletic

and playing sports, you know, it's basically a common problem among people, but it's very, very

painful.

So I've been beating up my feet pretty bad and now I have this

condition. So you know I decided to see a podiatrist and she decides to give me two and

excuse a term but two big- ass needles in my feet and these are

steroid shots so I go in there I'm like oh let's see what's wrong next day I know she's

giving me these two huge shots directly into my feet to bring down the information.

And I have to tell you, it would probably hurt less
