Ron did a few podcast episodes with us toward the end of 2017, discussing his experiences

writing for Universal Studios, and some of his wonderful stories of his time as the original strolling Dreamfinder and Figma. Since we talked last, I've had actually a chance to pick up a copy of your book from Dreamer to Dreamfinder. For those of you that have yet to read Ron's book, I highly encourage it. I got into it, I was fascinated with the potential for live performance within the corporate

themed environment.

It's not something like in Renaissance Fares, where there is no corporate entity overseeing things and people can do anything they want.

But in the corporate themed entertainment, you have to create characters.

You have to create magic within a corporate environment.

So the idea of balancing the operational realities and the needs of producing a show on that scale with those

creative constraints and at the other end creating magic for the guest. It's always fascinated me
