The one and only Kerry Lake just scored a huge victory in Arizona's Supreme Court, and the legacy media is absolutely fuming.

Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, and we're going to see how Kerry scored not one, but actually two legal victories over the weekend.

And we're going to see how the lion legacy media got caught red-handed in trying to push their pathetic fake news as a result you're going to love this.

On Thursday, the Arizona Supreme Court ruled solidly in favor of Kerry Lake's legal team ordering a lower court to immediately proceed with a hearing on Kerry Lake's signature verification violation charges from the gubernatorial election back in November of last year.

Now, if you don't know what's going on here, this is a follow-up order from the Arizona Supreme Court in response to their earlier decision that originally ordered a lower court to give Kerry a hearing.

On the evidence she has for signature verification violations in Maricopa County.

Back in March, the court overruled the dismissal by a lower Maricopa County court that denied Kerry Lake's team factual review of the signature verification process.

The Supreme Court ruled that the lower trial court erroneously dismissed Kerry Lake's claim, challenging what they charged were faulty and frankly absent signature verification procedures on early ballots.

And this was so key because Kerry Lake's team as eyewitnesses who were testifying the Maricopa County election officials permitted the counting of tens of thousands of mail-in and drop box ballots that did not satisfy signature verification requirements, including allowing tens of thousands of ballots with signature mismatches.

And so Lake's legal team cited Arizona law requiring signatures on early ballot envelopes be checked against the signature already in a voter's file.

That's part of what's known as the chain of custody procedure.

And it also allows for a process known as curing the ballot, which if the signature doesn't match, poll workers can follow up with the voter to see what's going on.

And Lake claimed that the Maricopa County Recorder's office did indeed accept a number of ballots with unmatched signatures and did not either cure the ballots or reject them as required by Arizona law.

Now, apparently this lower court has been dragging its feet.

It was waiting for the Supreme Court to make a decision regarding Katie Hobb's team wanting to impose sanctions on Kerry Lake's legal team.

So this court apparently was hoping that the Supreme Court, the Arizona Supreme Court, was going to sanction Kerry Lake's team for bringing a frivolous lawsuit that had no evidence.

And that way this lower court wouldn't have to take Kerry Lake's case that seriously.

While that emphatically did not happen, it was actually quite the opposite.
