What's up, guys? Welcome back to the pod. I have an interesting episode today. A highly

0:09.2

requested meditation on eating alone, slash, why it's important to date yourself. So we

0:16.3

are going to dive into that. But first I wanted to share a note that I wrote on my phone.

0:22.3

I keep a list of notes to talk to you guys about, much like the list I keep to my, talk

0:27.1

to my therapist about, but I keep one for you guys. And it's, this is so interesting. I

0:32.3

wish I had fucking annotated where I heard this. It was probably in therapy. You know what? It's

0:38.0

coming back to me now. It was in therapy. My therapist said judging people is a form of control.

0:43.8

And I was like, holy shit, it was a major fireworks moment for me. And I can't remember what

1:19.8

1:26.0

never judgmental because I give out a lot of advice and a lot of people trust me with their

1:33.2

secrets and their, you know, their quandaries and questions. And so I, I spend a lot of time not

1:39.6

trying not to be judgmental of you guys, like, which comes really naturally to me, like even though

1:43.8

I've gotten some very crazy and wacky questions over the years. And, you know, I really never feel

1:49.1

judgment. I only feel a desire to help. I only feel a desire to like talk it through with you.

1:55.6

I'm going to get really, really real with you guys. I think where I can be judgmental is in my

2:00.5

own life with my friends. But it's not the type of judgment where they'll be like, oh, I like
