Anyway, this is episode 158.

Today we're going to talk about the idea that some people have that their anxiety disorder,

their struggles with anxiety, is some form of punishment, like the fact that you're struggling

with an anxiety problem means that you are being punished in some way.

Now before we get into that, we kind of need to separate this to a certain extent because

there's maybe three sort of themes that come out of this, you know, when I'm asking

for feedback from the community and you guys are never shy about giving it to me and

So when I asked about this on Instagram, the amount of people that answered me was astounding

Like it was, there was a tremendous response.

And the responses were really broken into three different areas, right?

So one of which I'm going to address right at the top and I'm going to tell you that
