We're talking about something that you may think

doesn't need to be talked about anymore.

And that is labor unions and the myths surrounding them.

Because after all, the labor union movement is pretty much dead.

It's certainly in the private sector.

It's more or less dead for a variety of reasons.

So what is the point of beating this particular dead horse?

I'm not so sure it is so dead.

The movement is dead, yes.

But the idea is just live on.

And they live on in every student textbook in America.
