Yeah, and that's called ratchet dilution. So those keep on ratching it down. So there's clauses

in all these different contracts that they will set there and say guarantee that you're going to make X

amount of money. There also is a guarantee that they'll do in the contract saying what you

agree to and if you give somebody else a better deal, we'll adjust your dilution amount and make it bigger so that you never lose

and those are clauses that they put inside the companies and then it just becomes a downward

spiral for the retail investors because all they're going to do is going to dilute at all

and the caveat for all that is they put into these filings saying,

warning, you're going to be diluted on.

And then they can get away with that type of stuff.
