Summary

You gotta prepare yourself to feel urges. Otherwise, when they come up, you're sitting there not knowing what to do or you just react. So I highly recommend you take some time to anticipate urges.

Not only is what you prepare important but also HOW you prepare. So in this episode, I'm talking about both. Let's get you ready to feel instead of eat!
