Summary

Bud Light has announced that Alissa Heinerscheid, the VP of Marketing who is responsible for the beer’s partnership with trans activist Dylan Mulvaney, has taken a ‘leave of absence’. But I think that’s just a sanitized way of saying she’s been booted out of the company.

Are we seeing the revitalization of conservative civilization, all over the world has been a massive backlash against globalization, its leftist leadership, and its anti-cultural liberal values, and it's just the beginning.

0:19.0

I'm Dr. Steve Turley. I believe the liberal globalist world is at its brink and a new conservative age is rising.

Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve. I hope you're all having a wonderful weekend, but I can certainly tell you who's not.

0:56.0

Now would be one Alissa Heinerschi, the vice president of marketing for Bud Light who thought it would be a great idea for the beer to give a huge middle finger to their customer base and team up with the radical trans activists, Dylan Mulvaney.

1:11.0

Bud Light has announced that Heinerschi has taken a quote, leave of absence. I think that's a sanitized way of saying that she's being booted out of the company.

1:21.0

She's been replaced with Budweiser Global Marketing VP Todd Allen. Obviously Heinerschi is not responding to emails requesting comment.

1:31.0

Now this is huge. This is exactly what patrons have been demanding from the very beginning. They wanted Heinerschi fired and they wanted a formal apology from Anheuser Bush for pushing trans activism on their loyal customers.

1:45.0

I have a running theory on why there was such a massive backlash here on why you had the likes of Kid Rock and Travis Tritt and all these conservative stars come out and say, that's it, we've had it.

1:56.0

You've crossed a line here. My running theory draws from classical geopolitics, ancient geopolitics and its recognition of very different spatial logics that operate between seat powers and land powers.

2:10.0

Some of you may be familiar with thalasocracies and telurocracies, right? Those are fancy, schmancy words that designate seat powers versus land powers.

2:21.0

And the interesting theory here is that societies that are built on coasts by the sea tend to create very different cultures and those that are built inside the heartland.

2:32.0

So land cultures generally are very fixed. They're very traditional and that's because the land is fixed. It doesn't change. The land exemplifies a permanence that's then reflected in the culture.

2:45.0

But sea-oriented cultures are very different. They're generally in flux. They love change. They love fluidity, right?

2:53.0

And that's because the sea is constantly moving without a hard center. Think of the term astronaut. That's a good word, astro, Greek for star.

3:02.0

But not comes in the Greek notice, where you get the word nautical from, the sea. The astronaut is literally floating through space. It has no center, no gravity, like the sea.

3:13.0

And so the politics that tend to derive from these two contrasting spaces, land and sea, often are very different.

3:21.0

And so my running theory here is that America's heartland, the space of patriots and patriot cultures, space of Christianity, trucks, guns, country music.

3:32.0

People in that culture have been very tolerant of wokeness as long as wokeness stays on its side of the political divide, as long as it stays in LA and New York and Orlando.

3:42.0

So if Disney wants to go, whoa, go ahead. We don't care. Knock yourselves out. If Hollywood wants to go, whoa, go ahead. I don't give a flip.

3:51.0

If Netflix wants to go, if Nike wants to go, whoa, if the NBA wants to go, whoa, knock yourself out. We don't give a rip. But the moment Bud Light decided to go, whoa.
