Often, meekness is mistaken as weakness.

Meekness is not weakness.

I said this in a sermon one time.

Meekness is actually strength, but it's not uncontrolled in abusive strength.

It is strength under control for the benefit of other people.

It is power that is channeled to and for the good of others.

Why friends?

Am I so perky, energized, absolutely brilliant and extraordinarily handsome?

Because I, friends, take contrast towers and do cold plunges.

The people who engage in these practices, our train professionals don't try this at home.

I do it.

Yeah.

I did it for years and then I grew out of it.

You go through, you go through, you go through, you go through middle-life crisis.

I didn't go through middle-life crisis because I couldn't figure out when the middle of

my life was.

You can't do it.

I just had to put the crisis in.
