It's Memorial Day weekend.

For what do these men and women die and do we do our part defending the same?

and I am waking Atlanta up to the real threats to our liberty

every Saturday from 3 to 6 right here on News 95-5 and AM 750 WSB.

And I am I am always focused on the real threats to our liberty that our protections from government, when you

listen to that 24-7 cable news cycle and you hear the stories they are telling you.

It is my conclusion that they that it's it's no longer even a trade-off between ratings and truth. It's just propaganda at this point.

It's not that it's not true. It's based on most of it's based on real things, but the stories are chosen and spun in a way that's

designed to guide your opinion on policy so I take the stories of the week and I try to tell you why I think they're there and what I think they really mean.

And it is Memorial Day weekend and I especially like to remember not only the Gold Star families who have lost their loved

ones in wars in modern times who remember them but also the many who the young

people who died without issue over the years that there's the sacrifices they made for us as a country

isn't people aren't even left descended from them to remember them.

And those are the people who really,

we are our parents, we are their children.

We are what they made beyond the ultimate sacrifice.

And I like to remember that and I and when I hear politicians using the military honoring the men and women in uniform to justify

policies that are militaristic but not justifiable,

I think that is a disservice to those in the service,

that they are there they join up not because they get paid
