and such an amazing guy. I've known Sam's wife since, gosh, we were probably 12, 13 years old,

but I've gotten to know Sam over the last few years. He is the owner of Crossroads Academy, where he does incredible work

with struggling young men, and he tells us his story. It is unbelievable. We've done 155 episodes

now, but this is definitely one of my favorite conversations. I just loved it. And coming up

Thanks, Sean. Happy to be here. We've been working on this for a while, so I'm glad we were finally

able to put it together. A little bit of background for our audience. Sam and I met because I grew up

with Sam's wife. And actually, we kind of grew up together, but you and I didn't really cross paths then.

Probably saw each other, dances or something like that.
