So the Dawn holds new hope for the Democrats.

Their new hope is really not rooted in, I think, any political reality, but it is growing in tenor and in light.

And what that hope is, is that abortion is going to somehow jog Democrats out to the polls,

and this is going to swamp Republicans in 2022.

This is a theory that I think is incorrect, but it is indeed what Democrats are hoping.

They're pegging those hopes to the slim read of what just happened in Kansas.

So in Kansas, in a 60-40 outcome, that was sort of a shock, considering the Kansas is a pretty red state.

The voters of Kansas decided to uphold state constitutional protections for abortion.
