I got a great suggestion for an episode from our friend Isaac Morehouse,

whom you know from Praxis, which is the great program we've talked about a number of times.

On this podcast, it's a kind of apprenticeship program where young people

get experience in the real world.

They actually work for a real startup.

Early on, some people use it to bypass college altogether.

It's had tremendous success.

And since then, Isaac has added yet another company to his repertoire, namely Crash,

which is a platform for people just starting out to launch their careers.

And we're talking to a Mitchell Earl, who is director of marketing at Crash.

And I want to talk to him about an article he wrote that Isaac brought to my attention,

because it really is a case for optimism going into 2020, especially around careers,
