I think that the holidays feel like frozen noses. I love walking with the dog for long periods of time.

Hopefully it's snowing and you've got to wrap up warm. So I think a frozen nose is

then sweaty armpits because like you're wrapped up so warm but then you're climbing hamps

and heath and you get to the top and you're like and then you can see the breath

but then your nose is still freezing to touch.

It's the weekend baby and we're going to get you rolling into the weekend on a great note with a great show.

We're going to join the rest of America and talk about what's going on in Ukraine.

You guys know I don't try to pass myself off as some sort of geopolitical expert.

I talk about things that I know a great deal about or think I do.

I like to talk about sports and culture and race and we'll dip in a little politics where it makes sense.

But I've been a little bit reluctant to talk about the Ukraine because I just don't know a lot about this conflict.

The benefit of living 54 years is that you meet a lot of interesting people and over the course of that amount of time.

And so Christian Ray Flores, you guys, he's been on the show before.

He's a minister in Austin, Texas. He's a new friend of mine in the last six months.

Had him on the show. He knows Russia and the Ukraine.

He's had two kids born in Moscow. He lived in Moscow and the Ukraine.

His, I think his grandmother is Russian and his grandfather is Ukrainian.

He knows the Ukraine and Russia and his conflict.

And he knows it from both a having lived there a cultural political perspective.

But he'll also know and give us some insight on a spiritual perspective.
