What's up guys? Happy Friday. Welcome back to the podcast. I'm in a fantastic

mood today. No particular reason, just one of those days where I really have been

practicing so much this year, grounding myself in the present. As you guys know,

just in an attempt to slow down time, in an attempt to practice gratitude,

and also like as an anti-anxiety practice, because it's basically reminding me that all we have

is now. You know, you can worry about the future, you can worry about the past, but all we really

have is now. So today, I'm really feel like I'm grounded in the present, had therapy. I just took

my team out to lunch. We went to Great White. You need to get their pizza. I just like to get

the margarita because of the dips. Oh, also you need to get the sparkling lemonade. It's actually

so fire. I'm still on my lemonade kick. It's not it's not over till it's over and by that I mean

summer. And then you need to dip the pizza in their ranch, which I believe is homemade and their

hot sauce, which is homemade. And it's like the best fucking thing you've ever had in your life. It's

so fucking good. You need to get it. Okay, so we went to lunch. We had a great time. We reorganized

part of the chaos room, riveting stuff. I know, but sometimes I really liked when I'm like getting

up in the morning, you're doing something mundane, like getting a coffee or like organize it,

like doing my dishes. I just think like stop. All you have is now, like be grateful for this moment.

Like this is such a beautiful moment. And like not to take it to a dark place, but like, you know,

when you're in like a really bad place, something that really bad happens or you're doing really

bad mentally, you always think back to those moments and you're just like, well, at least I do. And

I'm like, I wish I just appreciated that moment more, just like feeling okay, feeling healthy,
