It's better to stick with the Word of God and to stick with good interpretation of the Bible

and not go after these other books that are outside the Bible.

And again, I make an exception with the first part of the Book of Enic.

I think there's a lot of really good sound stuff in the book of Enic because it is talked about so much in the New Testament.

They saw that the Christian evangelists were converting lots and lots of Jews,

and then they, of course, were pretty sensitive to the fact that their temple had been

destroyed and that the Romans were, in effect, destroying their land and destroying the people

within the land. And so they decided they needed to do something to preserve Judaism and preserve

the Jewish race. And so this was part of their program to make these changes in the biblical text. The other part of the program was to go with the oral law so they could begin to invalidate the importance and the relevance of the Bible itself. If the primary civilizations of the ancient world all start up at about the same time. That's a real strong

argument for the Septuagint's timeline, and it's a real argument against the Masoretic

text timeline. It appears that Egypt was wet and tropical about 4,000 years before Christ, 5,000 years before.

So there's a lot of archaeological evidence that lines up with a Septuagint concept,

but it contradicts dramatically the Masoretic text concept.

I mean, the book is an apologetic to demonstrate to the reader that the

As we continue to go through his Reboating the Bible Part 2 book, explaining how the chronology of the Masoretic text, the Old Testament text, of

practically all of our Bibles, was corrupted in the second century by the rabbis to discredit

the prophecies that confirmed Jesus was the promised Messiah.

And this chronology is so much better preserved in the Septuagint Old Testament

that lines up with modern archaeology and all of the research done there.

It simply doesn't work with the timeline of history unless you go with the Septuagint.
