Well, the breaking news this morning is that Boris Johnson has now been basically ousted as the leader of the Conservative Party in the UK.

Now, this doesn't mean that he is no longer prime minister.

He's basically going to hold on to the prime ministership until he is forced out of office by the next election.

But he says he's no longer going to lead the Conservative Party

because all of his ministers have resigned on him.

He announced that this morning in the UK.
