And you can share, of course, your journey and training, but let's start. Yeah, I think particularly with surfing, because again, I think the things are so, you know, they're an agilist. Yes. I'm not sure. Yeah, but there's, yeah, there's definitely a lot of similarities in a common thread between the two. I think just like recognizing the risk and how much is it stake. Because with surfing, I had a couple really close friends of mine

die surfing big waves guys I grew up surfing with and idolizing and surfing really huge waves

with and having some close calls with and those guys died. So that was just a really huge wake-up call.

And then I had two really close calls in really big waves where I nearly drowned two times where I felt like

that was it. And so just be able to recognize how truly risky it is. You're listening to the

Shane Dorian is somebody that I am a secret fan of

ever since I started to pay attention to surfing. And part of the reason Shane is here today is because

for so many years as a coach, I spoke to emotions and how we have to surf emotions similar to the way somebody has to

surf a wave. And then at some point, you know, four years, five years saying that, I thought, I better

know how to surf. I better learn how to surf if I'm going to use this metaphor all the time.

So I took some surfing lessons on the Jersey shore, not in Hawaii. Hawaii was not even in my eyes.

What are you surfing on the Jersey shore? Like a trash can lid or what?

No, no, let me tell you, it's serious surfing in Jersey. It's God for the faint talk. I almost
