They were going to review some of ESPN's latest work Melkiper juniors latest bigboard and position rankings can look at Todd McShay's latest mock draft and they're also going to look at Daniel Jeremiah of NFL comms latest mock draft gets some ideas of what other guys in the space are doing looking at this draft upcoming and then after that we have interviews with TCU's Trevon Mo rig and UCLA running back receiver, whatever you want to call them to meet Chick Felton at the back end of the podcast. we're back in studio back to back days don't normally record on a Tuesday and I want to apologize to everybody

yesterday podcast came out late and I get that and I'm sorry but the snow kept us from coming in the office. It was an absolute blizzard like six to nine inches or whatever it was coming in to the big difference between six and I know I know I know well aware well aware but yeah snow kept us from recording the podcast came out yesterday though and we're going to have this one out today recording here in studio on a Wednesday got a fun one going to look at Melkiper juniors latest bigboard down Jeremiah's mock draft McShay's mock draft and then we have some interviews at the back end my guy Trey Mo

Rick Trevon Mo rig of TCU and then also I talked to Senior Bowl star Demetrike Felton who he said he played the season I think a little over 200 pounds and then dropped some weight to move to wider receiver at Senior Bowl and expects to play a ton of different positions in the NFL both those interviews are interesting Trevon Mo rigs also really really fantastic interview talks about his role and how he compares himself to Jamal Adams and all that stuff it should be a ton of fun at the back end here but first let's start with Melkiper juniors bigboard you can go to ESPN dot com if you have an insider subscription or plus

subscription and check out the full big board but I just want to hit the highlights yes I think it has to start with Devonte Smith being as high as number three you know he has Devonte Smith is the number three overall prospect on his board and to kind of run through the top there number one is obviously

Trevor Lawrence number two is beneath the little of Oregon and the number three is Devonte Smith number four Jamar chase like again no quarterbacks Jamar chase number five Kyle Pitts number six

Joe and Waddle and then finally at seven he has just some fields what is your opinion of structuring a big boy like this you're not factoring in

there's just no value of the quarterback position I mean like you're not you're obviously not this is my time the year that I'm

going to go on this rant about how I dumb I think it is and our big board is assembled as if I'm a team that

needs every single position and I'm willing to run a scheme that that guy is a good fit in that's how I

assemble the big board now that's obviously when you have certain positions and certain schemes will very vastly alter them if you don't need

certain positions your board will look as a team will look vastly different from what pfs draft board will but when you are in the

media and that is like you're in this vacuum of obviously none of this really matters anyway we're just people on the outside

shouting about our opinion on these guys it makes no sense to me to put together this theoretical talent big board

of oh this guy is more talented per his position to Vante Smith at number three than Justin Fields is at his

position quarterback at number seven if you needed a quarterback and you needed a wide receiver you would be a dumb

ass in my humble opinion to draft Vante Smith over Justin Fields that just no one would do that

and so why assemble a draft board like that I don't know but then also if that's kind of how you're doing it

based off of like theoretically how good you are relative to your position cow pits is a better

tight end prospect than pretty much any wider seer prospect in this class per like compared to their

position generous like I'm not sure we've seen a tight end prospect as good as cow pits in the last

I obviously don't know the last one he is a unicorn athletically and what he can do
