Start Your Transformation Now You’re probably wondering what FATA is, right? It’s an acronym I just made up and it stands for Fear, Anxiety, Tension, and Anger. When you really think about it, we humans bathe ourselves in these emotions and most of us take this bath for life…and then we wonder why we’re not getting what we want in life. When we look into it we can all agree that these emotions and thoughts rob us of well-being and happiness and what most people never think about is what they cost us in terms of our health. In this episode, I start laying the foundation for ways that we can begin eliminating these mental poisons from our life and how our lives will immediately change when we do. The fact is this, most of us have gotten into these negative emotions for decades and we don’t even identify with them or recognize when we’re in the emotions and yet they are “running in the mental background like a cell phone app.” Not only do we want to eliminate these negativities from our lives for reasons of emotional well being, we also want to eliminate them to raise our spiritual connections and vibrations to source.
