Hi guys, welcome back to the pod. Happy Friday. Hope everyone has had a fantastic two weeks. I've missed you guys so, so much. I love podcasting and I just have a very long list of things to talk to you guys about. Hope everyone summer is still going well. It's funny. August is kind of like the Sunday of summer.

Like it feels like it's coming to an end. You know, it doesn't have the same zest that July does in my opinion. Um, but we still love her. We still love her. She just kind of like a little bit lazy and a little bit like quieter. It's just giving very Sunday vibes.

But that's okay. Like I said, I am going to recap my trips and I have lots of takeaways. I do think it's so important to take breaks because just two weeks away from potting has me so reenergize. I have a list of topics as long as my arm and it's just makes you excited to get back to it again.

I hope that everyone had a chance to at least take a little bit of a break this summer because it can reinvigorate you and it's so important to rest. I will say this time.

And I know I know no one wants to fucking hear someone who just went on vacation, complain about their vacation and I'm not I just for some reason this time I did have a really hard time.

Kind of like unplugging and like relaxing and I was having really bad anxiety and I know that like if you don't have anxiety or probably like what the fuck do you have to be anxious about your own fucking vacation.

Sadly, that's not the way that mental illness works. So, um, yeah, I gosh, it was frustrating. I was I was frustrated with myself. I was like, I don't I don't know what was going on with me. But, um, anyway, so I first wanted to recap the Beyonce concert because it was the last day that I was in the States.

And I, I really struggled to imagine that I will ever go to a better concert than Miss Noles.

That was biblical and everyone was asking me like, was it better than errors? What was it better than errors? And listen, there are two very strong fandoms at play here. And I respect the fuck out of both of the fandoms and both of the women.

They were different. They were different. The eras tour felt like.

How can I put it for me? The eras tour was like a walk through my life through Taylor's music. I was blown away. I had no notes on eras. It was just a different vibe for me than Beyonce's.

Beyonce's to me felt like a show, but I am less emotionally involved with Beyonce's music. And it's more of like a physical response that I have to her music.

So it was just a different vibe. Like Beyonce's music makes me want to dance. It reminds me of like happy times. It's what I listen to when I'm like working out or like, you know, I'm getting ready. It's like that vibe for me.

I know that I don't do those things to Taylor's music too, but like every song of Taylor's has like a memory attached to it for me or like a feeling or, you know, it's just kind of more emotional. And I like, well, when my best friends and I didn't drink and it was just like a different experience. They are both fantastic shows.

I mean, this really does feel like the summer of like girl power, you know, we've got Barbie. And I'm going to do a whole episode on Barbie. Don't you worry.

We've got Beyonce. We got eras tour. We have, you know, there's just a lot of great girl things going on. And just like that is rocking again. I don't know. It just feels like there's a lot of positive female energy. And we are really, we are really demonstrating the power that women have.

We're flexing this summer. And I love it. I love to see it. It was so fun. I went with 21 seeds.

As you guys know, my favorite tequila ever, the cucumber jalapeno is the best. I've worked with them a couple times because I just genuinely love their product and I genuinely drink it all the time. It's clean. It doesn't give you a hangover. I mean, that's not like a thing I can say actually that it doesn't give you a hangover, but it doesn't give me a hangover.

I'm close with the one of their founders cat. And it's just like, it's founded by women. If you haven't tried it, you need to, if you're a tequila drinker, because you will never go back to another tequila. It's infused. So it's just really good. So anyway, what with them took wig, obviously, because we love Beyonce together. And it's funny. We were saying that we felt like we manifested the concert because last year at the US open.

We were going and we listened to Beyonce the entire way in the car and like filmed a music video like on my phone in the back. Anyway, we're being a lot.

But we said we felt like we manifested going together. So it was really fun. And then, okay, then page and Sierra were there. And obviously I was so excited to meet them in person.

I've been Instagram friends with page for a while, but have never met her in person. And I'm obsessed with Sierra like from the show. Those are my two favorite people. So it was a thrill to be with them.
