0:32.3	that if the senior officers had just put the photo fits together from 1976 onwards, one man's face
0:39.9	would have jumped out at them.
0:42.2	Well in my opinion they would have seen the same face even prior to 1976 and I'm going to explain
0:50.7	in episode 4 your record that I compared Tracy Brown's 1975 photo fit with Marilyn Moore's
0:57.1	1977 photo fit and they were so alike it was uncanny.
1:02.9	I also posted those photo fits on IG and Twitter alongside a picture of PS.
1:09.5	Again they were staggeringly similar to him.

1:24.7	So firstly if they had taken Tracy Brown's attack seriously and circulated her photo fit extensively
1:31.5	perhaps other women would have come forward like Anna Rogulski or the unnamed prostitute or
1:38.1	Olive Smelt and or others including those who knew PS like Trevor Birdsaw.
1:44.6	I mean perhaps Trevor Birdsaw would have grown a conscience earlier given that Tracy was a young
1:49.8	girl and that he was with PS the night Olive was attacked and the unnamed prostitute.
1:55.4	In fact Anna Rogulski did compile a photo fit and I'll post that on Instagram and on Twitter
2:04.0	alongside Tracy Brown and Marilyn Moore's. Now remember Anna Rogulski was attacked four
2:10.6	miles away from Silzden and just five weeks earlier but they fell to Link both Anna and Tracy's
