Today we're going to be talking about my own experience with the carnivore diet.

The carnivore diet is basically a diet where people restrict themselves to eating only animal

products like beef, pork, chicken, fish, and depending on the person, sometimes dairy products too.

Some people also call it the zero-carb diet, and I know if you've never heard of this,

it sounds absolutely crazy.

I get it, but it is something that's gained a lot more attention
