2:05.4	principles of free trade and because it is the purview of Congress to
2:11.0	establish tariffs so Trump had to use the claim of national security to unilaterally impose these tariffs
2:18.8	So it did cause a bit of a rift in the party and over 100 GOP lawmakers signed a letter
