Thanks very much for tuning in today for a little bit of Texas history.

Been a lot of activity over here at lies about Texas World Headquarters.

First, I want to say thank you to everybody who provided some feedback from the last episode

when I was sort of rolling out the idea of doing some golf history focused podcasts and Texas

golf history stuff.

The responses were overwhelmingly positive, even from people

who really don't play golf.

So I think what's going to probably happen is I will probably start a separate podcast for

Texas golf history, but if the history is general enough and interesting enough,

I'll probably run it both places.

So there will be some episodes on this main,

wise about Texas that are golf-related.

But some of the more narrow golf episodes

with maybe a more narrow interest

or maybe very, very golf specific, I'll keep

to a separate golf history feed, and we'll just see how that works.

But there's a lot of interesting stuff to talk about in that regard.

So I will be asking you to share that with your golfing friends.

And hopefully this summer we'll get that up and running. In the meantime, there's one other thing that I need to mention at this point,
