Okay, welcome, ladies and gentlemen to the We're Having a Good Time podcast.

My name is Dusty Slay, and'm your host and I'm pumped to be here. I was looking at some

video from my from this podcast and I could like it was a clip that I was approving and I could like, it was a clip that I was approving, and I could see in my mouth,

and it looked like I had like a little spit in there, and I was like, oh, this is disgusting.

And I don't know how that happens.

I don't know how to fix that for the future.

I don't think it was spit, but, you know, the mouth is wet.

It's shiny in there.

So I'm sorry about that.

That's an angle that I hope to never reproduce.

You know, I got a light coming at me.

But it's a great podcast.

You know, one time, I'm just going to get right into it because I forgot about this.

But I was talking about one time how I like to eat tuna and sardines.

And basically how I was eating sardines was I was just eating them on a cracker or one time I was

putting them in a wrap I would put them in a wrap with mustard and maybe some hot sauce

and like spinach or something but there are some people that I follow that are very against eating spinach.

I don't think they're against kale, but they're against spinach.

I don't know where I'm at.

There's always a new thing out there telling us not to eat this.

The people that love raw foods are telling us not to eat cook foods.

And then people go, well,
