talking over each other. I think I'm just going to dive right into the questions. All right, let's begin with what would seem to be the most obvious question. What, in fact,

does three-minute therapy amount to? What is the process? What are you trying to accomplish by using

this approach? Okay, well, there's two questions in there, Tom. There's the method and what we're trying to accomplish.

So starting with the second part, we're trying to teach people a method that enables them, in essence, to be their own therapist to identify emotional and behavioral problems such as anxiety, depression, anger, addictions,
